Individual Therapy & Analysis
Welcome! I am Olena Barannik — an analytically oriented psychologist, group therapist, and member of the UAAP/IAAP. For over 14 years, I have been accompanying individuals within the space of individual and group psychotherapeutic work.
Individual therapy is a safe and confidential space in which a close, attentive encounter with your own inner world, experiences, dreams, life crises, and unconscious processes — manifesting through emotions, images, and relationships — becomes possible.
Jungian analysis is a path of gradual return to oneself, to a more complete and living contact with one's internal reality. In my work, I approach the human psyche with deep respect and care, believing that even the most complex experiences carry meaning and can be understood within a safe therapeutic space.
We move at your own pace — without pressure, haste, or imposed solutions. My role as an analyst is to establish a secure framework within which you can explore complex feelings, internal conflicts, life losses, crisis states, and profound questions of identity.
“The Path of Returning to Oneself”
Areas of Practice
In my practice, I work with adult clients in the following areas:
- work with dreams, symbols, and images of the unconscious
- crisis and pivotal periods of life
- consequences of psychological trauma and difficult experiences
- anxiety states, emotional exhaustion, internal instability
- difficulties in relationships and questions of personal boundaries
- experiences of loss, migration, forced changes, and adaptation
- the search for internal support, meaning, and authenticity
- processes of individuation and deep self-discovery
A central aspect of my work is the close, attentive exploration of the symbolic language of the psyche — dreams, spontaneous images, somatic experiences, and emotional states through which the unconscious often seeks to communicate with us.

Deep psychotherapeutic work requires a reliable and stable framework that establishes a sense of safety and holds the process.
