When understanding alone is no longer enough.

You can piece together all the puzzles of the past — and still not feel a real shift inside. When overwhelming pressure and inner loneliness grow behind an outward composure, life begins to repeat in circles. Rational answers are exhausted. Understanding alone is no longer enough.

A need for a different language emerges. A language of images, the body, and deep symbols, where it's no longer possible to hide behind explanations and an opportunity arises to meet oneself. Then it becomes important where and how this can be lived through.

I, Olena Barannik, created this deep process for those for whom it is not enough just to know the reasons, but who want to feel what is really happening to them. For those seeking direct, living contact with their psyche in interaction with the unconscious. I invite those ready to move beyond understanding to a true encounter with themselves.

For Whom is This Space

This process is of greatest value to you if:

  • You understand a great deal about yourself, but do not feel real changes. You seem to live 'correctly', but have lost the sense of inner aliveness and contact with yourself.

  • You notice the repetition of the same states and scenarios, and cannot step beyond familiar ways of reacting.

  • You are tired of constantly holding yourself together. After changes, losses, or relocation, the ability to function remains, but you have no space where you can safely loosen control.

  • You work with people or the psyche. You understand others well and feel that beyond the rational, something important remains that requires your attention.

  • You are in a process of inner transition. Old pillars are disappearing, and new ones are not yet formed.

  • You work with images, creativity, or symbols. You have a subtle feeling for yourself and others. Your inner material seeks form and space for manifestation and needs support capable of holding such depth.

What Happens in the Process

Through interaction with imagination, somatic relaxation, and materials (paints, pastels, clay), inner experience begins to manifest through images, sensations, and emotional reactions.

The process may be unusual or intensive, but sometimes this is exactly how living contact with oneself begins. It loosens control and opens space for experiences that have long remained unlived.

The process is structured to withstand tension and support the depth of experience.

Work with Clay and Materials

Materialising inner states through tactile contact. We give visible form to what is difficult to express in words.

Symbols & Dreams

Analysis and exploration of inner storylines and dream images to integrate profound experience.

Somatic Relaxation

Release of blocks through conscious contact with the body. This loosens control and opens space for emotional reactions and impulses.

Intimate Space

A safe and stable environment for deep art-analytical work in a small closed group.

Stages of Participation

How Our Journey Unfolds

The process consists of two in-person meetings with a pause in between. The interval is an integral part: it is where inner work is activated and the first changes in self-experience manifest.

01.

Online Introduction Short free conversation (15 minutes)

We talk to clarify your request, discuss conditions and ensure you feel comfortable entering this process. After this, payment secures your place in the group.
02.

First Meeting Day One | 14:00 — 19:00

Focus: Exploring identity and the internal dissonance between the external role and the internal state.

In the process you will:
  • Work with self-perception through colour and visual symbols.
  • Explore the tension between social role and true state.
  • Direct attention into the inner space through imagination.
03.

Space Between Sessions Dreamwork

Nightly integration space. The psyche needs time to absorb the new experience. The process between the two meetings is an important stage for working with the unconscious. You record your dreams and observe inner changes.
04.

Second Meeting Day Two | 14:00 — 19:00

Focus: Experiencing feelings, working with deep images and transforming the personal myth.

In the process you will:
  • Through working with clay give form to the unexpressed.
  • Explore dream images and inner narratives.
  • Restore contact with vulnerable parts that need acceptance.
05.

Lasting Effect & Self-Support

New insights and inner connections remain with you. The process triggers lasting changes: deeper contact with yourself, a return of the sense of aliveness, and practical tools for psychological self-support in your ongoing life.
Olena Barannik — analytical psychologist

Olena Barannik

Analytical psychologist (Jungian approach), group psychotherapist. Private practice, United Kingdom.

In my practice, I accompany deep psychological processes related to crises, inner changes, loss of grounding, and exhaustion. I work with people who have a high level of responsibility and inner demands, who are used to coping on their own but face burnout and a loss of contact with themselves.

My approach combines analytical psychotherapy, dreamwork, work with symbols and images, art therapy, and attention to bodily sensations. The process is built within a clear analytical framework with respect for the inner pace of the psyche. I carefully hold the group's process and dynamics, creating a space where deep yet safe work is possible.

14+ years of analytical practice and 5000+ hours of client work.

Professional experience in the UK (since 2022): Facilitating art therapy groups in collaboration with the Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre. Conducting groups in Birmingham, supported by the Birmingham City Council following professional assessment.

Participant Testimonials

Experience of those who have gone through the group art process

“The feeling of anxiety grew less with each meeting. Olena is a very experienced psychologist who paid attention to every participant in the group. After each session, there was a growing sense of self-understanding. There was also a greater sense of confidence. Thank you.”
“Olena Barannik is a professional in her field. She knows how to organise group work, responds sensitively to its dynamics, and maintains a safe environment.”
“I felt supported by the psychologist and by the group. It was very valuable to see how different people perceive the same situation differently, and how Olena helps to see it from a different perspective.”
“All exercises were tailored to the group’s needs. The work took into account the context in which the participants found themselves, and included additional ways of working with stress.”
“I want to thank Olena for her genuine empathy during the sessions and for her attention to important, sometimes difficult moments that need to be worked on.”
“There were moments when we touched on very painful topics. But Olena facilitates the process very attentively and gently, supporting when it gets difficult. After the course, I continued my process individually.”
“Olena is a very attentive Jungian psychologist. She knows how to highlight what remains hidden. In the process of art therapy, it was as if we were decoding the messages of the subconscious. For me, working with dreams became especially valuable. I began to understand differently what my dreams were actually saying and how they relate to my life. I managed to get a better sense of what I really want and see how it can be realised in my life and business. I am very grateful for this experience.”

Confidentiality

Everything that happens in the group stays within its bounds. Personal stories and participants' works are not shared outside.

Your own pace

You don't have to share what you're not internally ready to share. Interaction happens without judgments, advice, or criticism.

Boundaries and presence

Respecting personal boundaries is mandatory. Every meeting affects the overall dynamics.

Participation in the two-day programme is confirmed upon full payment. The number of places in the group is limited, so payment secures your place and covers the organisational costs associated with the preparation and running of the programme.
